All orders must be prepaid prior to shipment.

~~SHIPPING and HANDLING~~

A handling charge of $2.00 will be added to each order.

The shipping calculated on the invoice is for shipping within the United States only.  For foreign orders, shipping will be calculated at the time of shipment and a shipping quote will be sent to you for approval prior to the additional charge being added to your order.
