A lot of soapers find it very frustrating when it comes time to remove the soap from the molds. They bang the sides of the PVC to loosen the soap, then push it out with a piece of wood. After doing this a few dozen times, have you ever thought that there had to be an easier way? Here is a pressurizing system that uses air pressure to push the soap out of the mold. You can literally removethe soap cylinders with a couple of pumps from a bike tire pump. There's no more deformed soap from pushing on it! There's no more straining to remove the soap! These pressurizing molds come in either 2 inch or 3 inch sizes. Both molds come in 18 inch lengths. These molds are only recommended for use with CP soap. Melt and Pour and Hot Process Soap may not work well with pressurized molds. Be certain of your purchase before making it. Refunds cannot be given on soap molds.

These Oval Soap Molds are made from schedule 40
PVC. Most soapmakers are unable to obtain oval PVC that is evenly shaped
through it's entire length. This makes it almost impossible to remove the
soap from the mold. My oval soap molds are 18 inches long and produce soap
that is 2½ by 3½ inches. Each mold is measured for accuracy
to produce these size bars within one 1/8 of an inch. This evenness greatly
aids in being able to remove the soap easily. The molds can be cut shorter
on request. The rubber seal allows you to spend more time making soap &
less time taping the bottoms of your molds! Each mold holds approximately
4.5 lbs. of soap. Be certain of your purchase before making it.
